I hear ya. As they say the "wheels of justice turn very slowly." It is a miracle we have gotten this far but I believe enforcement will come next year. If not then perhaps we find a pro bono lawyer and sue the state.
I thought about suing the state too. Hopefully we won’t have to resort to that. I learned today that TN’s penalty is only a misdemeanor, a $10K fine and a couple months of jail time. Whereas in New Hampshire and Pennsylvania it’s a felony, a $500K fine and 3 years in prison. Tennessee’s bill needs to have those kind of teeth. And why not get our state national guard to reinforce it? That would likely make these perps think twice.

“Whoever violates section 3704.22 of the Revised Code or division (D) of section 3704.23 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than five hundred thousand dollars or imprisoned not less than three years, or both, for each violation. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense.”
The problem I see is determining who is spraying and catching them. Most of the time these planes are private planes or government planes and are not identifiable using apps that track air traffic above our heads. How doe Ohio or any other state determine who is spraying and how to go after them? I just sent the site you shared to Rep. Fritts.
Yes. Those *are* real problems. There are "flight tracker" radars available on the internet, but many of fly-overs are not recorded by FAA approved operations. The FAA is very much aware of the situation and coordinates geoengineering activities with both military and civilian weather control operatives licensed under NOAA. (another corrupted subsidiary company)
As you can see, "tracker" operations are controlled by the Federal Aviation Administration. Enforcement must be initiated via sighting reports by County Sheriffs (not deputies) or civil Affidavit submitted to individual jurisdictions.
All of these hurdles are intentional constructs. Best regards.
