This is very informative and I thank you because I have never heard of anyone talk about the Anti-commandeering Doctrine. I do want to ask if "Nullify The WHO in South Carolina" would that be an example of this doctrine, HB 4246 on James Roguski substack on April 20 but I have not heard anything about how the state of South Carolina passed or failed? There is another push to use Article 5 to amend the Constitution with Mark Merkler, Mark Lavine and Glenn Beck for the last couple of years, and I am wondering if they have ever thought of the Anti-Commandeering Doctrine instead of Article 5 of the Constitution? However, my state is ruled by Socialist Democrats, changes laws without amending the states constitution, one party rule and have low information voters. Would these Blue States want to use this doctrine, after all, my state implemented the long COVID lockdowns and was slow to reopen?

COS/Article V is not good for the country and these men are making a lot of money from this fraud. I have research both sides of this argument and I find these men are walking us off the cliff with this crazy idea. The bill in SC has not been passed and I have been trying to get some information from SC Rep. Magnuson on this bill. This is a piece of legislation (which you don't need to invoke Nullification or Anti Commandeering. If the bill does not get passed the state can still invoke Nullification or Anti Commandeering. The legislation just make it a lot easier to do. In TN we tried to pass legislation for Nullification not because we needed legislation but because the bill created a process for invoking Nullification. Anti Commandeering is easier because it just requires a state to say "I refuse to comply." With Nullification you have to argue for the unconstitutionality of a federal mandate. Here is a presentation on COS arguing the other side. And none of the men you mentioned will debate this little lady on the subject. Gee, I wonder why?? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XIdF5aW32lU
