This is very informative and I thank you because I have never heard of anyone talk about the Anti-commandeering Doctrine. I do want to ask if "Nullify The WHO in South Carolina" would that be an example of this doctrine, HB 4246 on James Roguski substack on April 20 but I have not heard anything about how the state of South Carolina passed or failed? There is another push to use Article 5 to amend the Constitution with Mark Merkler, Mark Lavine and Glenn Beck for the last couple of years, and I am wondering if they have ever thought of the Anti-Commandeering Doctrine instead of Article 5 of the Constitution? However, my state is ruled by Socialist Democrats, changes laws without amending the states constitution, one party rule and have low information voters. Would these Blue States want to use this doctrine, after all, my state implemented the long COVID lockdowns and was slow to reopen?
