Here is the 3rd article regarding the very misguided ant-nullification advocate Mark Pulliam. Mark Pulliam is totally aligned with our very misguided and constitutionally illiterate TN AG. So all of these articles and 2-part video by Dr. Brion McClanahan pointing out the very misguided belief about nullification, states rights and who is truly the final arbiter of the Constitution not only shoot down Pulliam but also the opinion that our TN AG gave in order to assist a Senate committee that just does not want to see anyone in TN stand up to the federal government. So these articles by very respected constitutional historians (which Pulliam and Skrmetti are not) and Dr. McClanahan’s videos demonstrate the danger of having an AG that is as I stated constitutionally illiterate. Anyone that reads Article VI Clause 2 (the Supremacy Clause) and deduces that it says the federal government is the supreme law of the land either has a reading comprehension deficit or is wed to an agenda. The Supremacy Clause clearly states the Constitution is the supreme law of the land and only law that does not violate the Constitution (Art. 1 Sec.8) trumps the state and the people of the state. Tennessee Says It Can't Enforce 'Chemtrail' Ban Because Federal 'Clean Air Act' Enforced by FAA Won't Let Them - you see THIS is why we need nullification and an AG that has a spine and understands the Constitution (which Skrmetti does not). The federal government has ZERO jurisdiction of the skies or the environment. Where in Art. 1 Sec. 8 of the Constitution did the states and the people of the states delegate that power to the federal government? Where in Art. 1 Sec. 8 did we give them power over the environment, marriage, health, education?? The vast majority of the 3-letter agencies are unconstitutional and need to be shut down. The states and the people of the states trump ALL unconstitutional federal law which sadly is most all laws, rules, regulations, mandates, EOs, treaties and executive agreements we see today. I am told that our Summer Session for SB2775 will be before the November 5th election. The public can attend (and we would like to fill the room) but cannot speak.
