Who Are A Free People by Michael Boldin from the Tenth Amendment Center - THIS is why Nullification is not only the foundation of securing freedom our founders said it was the rightful remedy and our duty to invoke Nullification when the federal government steps outside of its constitutional lane. It is our duty and our responsibility to stand up and refuse to comply. BUT most state legislators and most Americans in general wrongly believe it is the power of the courts to insure federal behavior. This is a concept our Supreme Court gave itself. PLEASE TAKE ACTION ASAP. Every state has taken Inflation Reduction funds via the unconstitutional EPA to implement a state Climate Action Plan. Only 5 states cared enough about freedom and sovereignty to decline (Florida, Wyoming, Iowa, South Dakota, Kentucky). Notice TN is NOT on the list of states that declined to be held hostage by the federal government. As a matter of fact TN received $4 million for the PCAP (Priority Climate Action Pland) and the CCAP (Complehensive Climate Action Plan) and they have submitted 2 more Implementation applications for a total of $488 MILLION - We MUST let our TN legislators and Governor Lee know that we DEMAND they withdraw from this program. Remember, on July 1, 2024 the legislation that ended spraying in our Tennessee skies and polluting our air and soil went into affect. Sponsored by Rep. Fritts and Sen. Southerland. Supreme Court Overturns DOJ's Use of Key J6 Felony Court - Today's decision means Attorney General Merrick Garland and federal judges in Washington wrongfully prosecuted roughly 350 J6ers with the post-Enron felony, - Julie Kelly has been fighting for these political prisoners since right after Biden took office. She is a true hero!!! This SCOTUS decision also negates 2 of the 4 charges brought against Donald Trump. ARTICLE
40 year old Chevron deference overturned by SCOTUS. This deference allows Congress to delegate its constitutional legislative authority to bureaucrats in the Executive Branch, many of whom are protected from termination other than for cause. This decision to overturn Chevron has basically neutered the 3-letter agencies. Now Congress and only Congress can make any new interpretation of a law by amending or changing the law. I have attached an update from Mike David (Article 3 Project) covering this excellent ruling on Friday. This is also a good day for the 10th Amendment and a start to returning the rightful authority back to the states. I am doing further research to see how this could help our TNCSS goal of getting our Nullification legislation passed in 2025. 10 min. VIDEO
As you all know we are having a debate on Nullification and the legislation we have sponsored here in TN that would allow the creation of 5 different ways in which to invoke Nullification when the federal government steps outside of its constitutional lane; which anymore it does most of the time.
The debate will be 2 hours in length and Jeff Cobble (the author of Restoring State Sovereignty Through Nullification Act) and Mark Pulliam who believes fighting issues in court is the answer to an out of control government. This debate will take place on July 27, 2024 in Lebanon, TN.
We have hired a professional videotographer that has given us a great price for his services. This debate will be a huge help in advancing the fight for Nullification. Hello Karen. Although this is a step forward, the legislation provides no *enforcement* provision. That is: It fails to provide the public with methods of filing Civil complaint. Fails to provide Sheriffs with oversight or obligations of enforcement. And fails to provide for Criminal arrest and seizure of aircraft, facilities, and personnel traceable to the violation. It is pleasant theater, and citizen interests are not being served.
