From the Eagles "Things in this life change very slowly, if they ever change at all." Keep on keepin' on, that's all you can do. P.S. I watched a video with Cathrine Austin Fitts interviewing Mr. Niceley. He is a very down-to-earth man. Probably one of the few who can truly identify with our founding fathers. Good Man!

Thank you Karen for keeping us informed on the unfortunately very slow movement of these very important Bills. The wheels of the Legislature turn very slowly, and it appears our "elected representatives" are very uninformed about what's really going on. Nevertheless, we must continue to push! Thanks for all you do.

Believe me Rep. Hulsey and Sen. Niceley were very disappointed. They have worked for over 2 years on the gold/silver bills and Rep. Hulsey and Sen. Bowling on the Nullification bill but we need to do what the left always does.......never give up on what we believe is important. Dave (co-founder of TNCSS) and I have already set up a plan for 2025 and have been working on it since the Nullification bill went to Summer Study. We are having a debate on the issue in Lebanon, TN on July 27th with Jeff Cobble (the author of the legislation) and Mark Pulliam a lawyer that feels the courts are the final arbiter of the Constitution not the states or the people. It should be a great event. And we have our petition we will be circulating for the next 10 months. We will just continue to educate legislators throughout the year.

Karen, is your organization involved in the geoengineering initiative?

No. We focus strictly on sovereignty issues BUT one of our partner groups does focus on geoengineering and I have shared updates on the bill in TN to end spraying in TN sky which has been passed and signed by Governor Lee. It goes into affect July 1, 2024.

I followed Arnie Rosner and Scanned Retina and Deegan/Hudok years ago. After Arnie passed away it all went quiet. This is the first of I have of these guys for years now.

Your organization sounds just like Convention of States. You ought to check that out,

Also, Tennessee Stands has all the information about the bills. And also, allows us to contact the representatives. Agree or disagree

Sharon.....I am totally against COS and anyone that truly understands our Constitution and the real process of an Article V Convention (COS) and those pushing a new Constitution not just changing the current Constitution would never support it either. Funny how the people pushing the COS refuse to ever debate anyone that is against what they are doing because they know if the truth became widespread they would lose their following and a ton of money. i am referring to the top leadership of the movement because the little guy on the street has been led astray by these people.

Yes I am aware of the process used by TN Stands and I have shared his links on TNCSS as well. TNCSS does not have the funding for a system like TN Stands has and Gary is more than willing to allow us to share his Legislative Actions. Gary's organization covers and monitors a wide array of legislation while TNCSS' scope is very small. We stick to issues of sovereignty only (Nullification, gold/silver and anything that erodes soverereignty but our main focus is getting the process in which to invoke Nullification passed.

Yes. The Article V movement is out to lunch without a ticket or a clue, and opens Constitutional process to even more damaging constructs than current arrangements". Glad you agree... Best regards.

I am sure we see differently on this subject but if they have no plans of REPLACING our current Constitution why did Robbie George (lawyer for COS) write a new Constitution. As a matter of fact there are several written. Here is an excerpt from a Substack I put out a while back about this.

I have researched both sides of this agenda and find opening our Constitution (especially now) is EXTREMELY dangerous. Once an Article V Convention is called by Congress the people WILL NOT have control over what happens no matter how much the supporters of this try to make people believe other wise.

Funny how the COS folks try to convince people the effort is not about rewriting the constitution. If that were true then why is a leading member of COS (Robert George) part of the group that is rewriting a Conservative Constitution. https://constitutioncenter.org/news-debate/special-projects/constitution-drafting-project

You might also want to listen to a presentation by Publius Huldah on an Article V Convention. The COS folks refuse to debate her on this issue. WHY? She is a retired JAG lawyer and constitutional expert backed up by proof and facts not just empty made up statements. We really need to be very careful and research all sides of an issue.
