Introduction to "TN Citizens for State Sovereignty" (TNCSS)

Karen Bracken and David Vance both citizens of the state of Tennessee are partnering to organize a Tennessee state wide citizens group for Nullification. As of right now there are no actions to take EXCEPT to get as many Tennesseans as possible to sign up on this Substack page. We have also created a website (still a work in progress) You can visit the website, even though it is under construction) because we do have valuable information to help you understand how Nullification works. Be sure to visit each tab to see what we have posted at this point on the website. The website is: tncss.weebly.com

Substack will be how we communicate to Tennesseans with a desire to be kept updated on our efforts and how in the future you can help. The website will be where we will provide educational information and resources.

Representative Bud Hulsey and Senator Janice Bowling submitted legislation during the 2023 legislative session but SB1092 failed to get a 2nd from the Senate State and Local Government Committee on March 21, 2023. So the bill died on the vine. But Representative Hulsey WILL be submitting the bill during the 2024 legislative session. HB0726/SB1092

I have included a link to a brilliant 13 minute presentation by Representative Hulsey introducing HB0726 on March 7, 2023. You really need to spend 13 minutes to hear this brilliant and moving presentation. Just click on the ARROW in the middle of the screen. The 2 statements from Tennesseans during the 13 minutes are also worth listening too especially the short statement made by Valerie Yancey from the Governor’s Office. Rep. Hulsey

The threat to our freedom and liberty is knocking on the front door and Nullification is the only legal, peaceful tool that we have left.

PLEASE share this with every Tennessean you know so we can build the number of subscribers. If we can go to the Assembly with an impressive number of subscribers that makes an extremely powerful statement. A couple hundred will not impress them. We need 10,000+ in order to send our message to the legislators and to the Governor. If we could get one person from each 95 counties in Tennessee to recruit 100 people we would easily make our goal.
