I understand completely, certainly much more work to be done, I also understand Kentucky also has a bill to thwart the geo-engineering of our skies along with Illinois, is it possible that you could join forces and present a stronger front.
Why are the skies over Tennessee still being sprayed, is the Bill passed to stop this in effect?
