Foundations of the American Republic - this event is something you will not want to miss. Jeff Cobble, hot off the Summer Study in Nashville will be in Sparta, TN for a 5 hour Foundations of the American Republic. I have personally attended this lecture 3 times and would see it 3 more times without hesitation. I learn something new each time. Believe me you may think you know about the Constitution but I guarantee you will learn a lot you did not know. Even if you have to travel and get a room it is well worth the time and expense. We have an out of control government at the federal AND state level. The American people have truly very little understaning of the Constitution and real power that rests with the states and the people. In order to restore our sovereignty we must be armed with the TRUTH. This event is free (but a donation is surely appreciated) and we highly encourage you to bring your children 14+ years of age. Generally this session is broken into 3 parts and there will be a short break after Part 1 and 2 before Part 3.

As of last night the video of the Summer Session for the nullification process bill has reached 1.9K views. This is just over a few days and is very encouraging.
I have submitted the article below to TN Conservative News in response to some very unprofessional attacks on our experts that spoke in support of the rightful remedy for government overreach which is nullification. I have decided to share it with you all just in case they decide it is not worthy of publishing. We had no intention of attacking the opposing voice but once the founders of TAG and Mr. Pulliam decided to immediately take their attack to the press I decided to write in defense of states rights that they obviously do not understand. If you have not watched the Summer Study I ask that you do (a link is in my article below) and make up your mind as to who had factual proof of the original intent of our Constitution and who believes a few people in black robes rule over the state and the people of the state. Note his comments and analyses regarding *agreed upon* limits of Executive and Judicial powers. The executive and judicial branches of government CANNOT (by law) legislate Law. This holds true for ALL agency "mandate" such as those professed by Health and Human Services, the Centers for Disease Control, Homeland Security, etc. These FACT's should be no mystery to our legal classes and States Attorneys General...
Hope and pray but doubt TN's legislature has enough Conservatives to do anything this smart.
