HB2803/SB2735 - (Rep/ Hulsey-Sen. Niceley) As introduced, allows the state treasurer to enter into an agreement with an entity to carry out certain activities in order to serve as a facility to securely produce, store, process, and ship bullion products for the state's depository. This bill was taken of notice.
HB2804/SB2737 - (Rep. Hulsey-Sen. Niceley) As introduced, authorizes the treasurer to, subject to appropriations, use funds from the reserve for revenue fluctuation account to purchase precious metals bullion and specie and place the bullion and specie in a restricted account; authorizes the treasurer to store the physical bullion or specie with an entity designated by the treasurer, with the approval of the comptroller of the treasury; declares that specie may be used as legal tender in this state; requires governmental entities to accept specie as payment for any debt, tax, fee, or obligation owed. This bill was placed back on the Clerks desk.
HB2803 and HB2804 were put behind the budget but will not be funded which means they will not be passed this year.
HB2117/SB2743 (Powers/Niceley) - last year Rep. Powers and Senator Niceley passed legislation against UN Agenda 21/2030 Agenda Sustainable Development and Net Zero (Pub. Ch. 479) but there was no enforcement agency to enforce the law. Hb2117/SB2743 was to put some enforcement teeth in the bill passed in 2023 because there are cities violating this law. This legislation was passed on Monday, April 15th. But the floor debate was very interesting and I will share a link so you can hear what was said BUT I will add my own comments on the statements made.
Rep. Justin Jones continuously talks about the SDGs (The Sustainable Development Goals). Neither Pub. Ch. 479 or the bill being voted on mention anything about the SDGs.
Rep. Hakeem from Chattanooga - I can prove that Chattanooga is setting up a 15 Minute City and has joined with a UK Project to make Chattanooga a Park City AND the City of Chattanooga has a relationship with the World Economic Forum and all of this can be proven. I can also prove that Chattanooga was one of the original beta sites for UN Agenda 21 working with ICLEI (this is THE organization that is responsible to implement UN A21 at the local city/county level). Chattanooga is knee deep in the globalist agenda and happy to take the huge amount of grant money given from the US government and TN Universities. U of T Knoxville is also knee deep in this stuff. This university is where a UNESCO Secretariat (Roslyn McKeown) is employed. She wrote “The Education for Sustainable Development Toolkit” which was a toolkit to train teachers in making SD a top priority in education. In this document she clearly implies that we must dumb down education in order to obtain SD. She applauds the 1992 RIO Summit and UN Agenda 21. Hakeem is either complicit or not informed and neither is acceptable. Pearson and Jones are just globalist shills. Chattnooga is not the only city in TN implementing the globalist agenda.
TESTIMONY ON HB2117 (scroll down to HB2117 and click…turn on the sound too)
Senate passes legislation to make sure that no illegals are voting in Tennessee elections. Notice the objection by Rep. Heidi Campbell and remember from my notes above she is an EXTREME leftist supported by the radical “Indivisible” organization. She, like Jones (he should be again removed from the House for helping an illegal cross our border), Pearson and Behn challenge every conservative, constitutional bills presented to protect the citizens of TN rights and sovereignty. I shared an article in my personal daily substack that organizations bringing illegals into our country are also coaching them on registering to vote and to vote for Biden. They have posters everywhere along the routes into our country - The article I shared actually had a picture of the posters. ARTICLE
Well, the next step is to prepare for the Summer Session hearing on the Nullification bill. I will be following up with Rep. Hulsey and Sen. Bowling to nail down a date.
THANK YOU, Karen Bracken
Thank you Karen for all the work you do to keep us informed. I know it can be exhausting and overwhelming and frustrating! I will pray for you….for assurance, insight and protection.
From the Eagles "Things in this life change very slowly, if they ever change at all." Keep on keepin' on, that's all you can do. P.S. I watched a video with Cathrine Austin Fitts interviewing Mr. Niceley. He is a very down-to-earth man. Probably one of the few who can truly identify with our founding fathers. Good Man!
