Tennesseans…..please understand that REAL ID is a federal drivers license and it is NOT mandatory in Tennessee (yet). If you have been given a REAL ID with a DIGITAL picture I highly recommend turning it in for a state issued drivers license (check for gold circle with a white star in the upper right hand corner). If they give you any resistance here is what the REAL ID TN site states regarding the REAL ID. This REAL ID will become a digital ID at some point and although it currently has the purpose of use to fly domestically or enter federal buildings the Secretary of Homeland Security can make it required for anything they wish. So with another Democrat administration they can make the ID required to open a bank account, buy a house, get medical insurance, get your SS check. The only way to fight back is for the American people to REFUSE TO COMPLY. PLEASE VISIT refuserealid.org for information on how you can get rid of your REAL ID and get your state issued license.
Here are 2 statements from the REAL ID TN site: Beginning May 7, 2025, everyone must have a REAL ID or another approved Federally-issued ID, such as a passport, to enter certain Federal buildings, military bases and nuclear power plants or board commercial flights within the United States.
What if I don’t want a REAL ID?: The decision to get a REAL ID credential is completely up to you. It is not required for any other reason than to allow you to continue to fly domestically and access certain federal facilities after May 7, 2025. For example, you may decide to not get a REAL ID if you already have a passport or another TSA approved alternative form of identification. Until May 7, 2025, our currently issued Tennessee Driver License and/or ID credential is acceptable.
Freedom Fest is Coming - This will be the 3rd year in a row I will have a booth at the Freedom Fest representing TN Citizens for State Sovereignty. Last year the Freedom Fest was held at a new location (same location for this year too) and I have to say last years Freedom Fest was the best of its kind I had ever attended. Well organized and a day full of wonderful speakers. Last year the weather was horrible but that did not dampen the enthusiasm. I volunteered to shared my table with Joe Hoft (Gateway Pundit) so he could talk to people and sell his books and that made the day very interesting.
