Johnson County TNCSS County Leader Beth Tanner wrote an excellent article regarding a major issue we faced during the last legislative session. Last week I shared a great interview with David Vance and David Rogers Webb (The Great Taking) on the UCC issue. Although Tennessee has legislation to repeal the 1994 UCC change other states need to take this legislation and do the same thing. TNCSS needs more County Leaders to help us with getting Nullification, gold-silver as legal tender and any other issue that threatens our sovereignty - The UCC legislation was on its way to being passed then the big bankers rolled in to intimidate our legislators. Tennessee Governor Endorses Lee Reeves in House District 65 Primary Race - what we do not need in our TN Assembly are more lawyers. And we surely do not need more Lee lap dogs. Personally, I would not vote for anyone that Lee or AFP endorses. We need more farmers in our assembly not more lawyers that have no constitutional foundation and obviously no idea on how to fix education. Anyone Lee or AFP endorses is a candidate I would run away from as fast as I could.

Vouchers are a boondoggle that will eventually suck private and religious schools into the federal system. Sorry, folks but we already have school choice in TN. What choice do parents not already have??? Now they want the taxpayers to pick up the tab for this private education. Remember, one of the tenets of Common Core was that ALL CHILDREN everywhere in world would be “learning” the same thing. And learning does not mean reading, writing, math, science and history. Learning in the public school system today is indoctrination. Teaching children WHAT to think instead of HOW to think. I have been involved in the education issue for a very long time and I know the back agenda behind vouchers. We are being told that some private schools are having better results than the public schools well first lets get rid of Common Core (yes, parents CC is alive and thriving in TN). Then would it not make sense to find out what those private schools are doing differently than the public schools and duplicate?? Rather than throwing good money after bad?? One thing different in private schools and public schools is discipline. They have rules and you follow the rules or you are out. They have requirements. You cannot take tests over and over again until you pass. You cannot refuse to do homework and suffer no consequences. They do not mandate that a student can never get a grade lower than a 50 or 60 even if the child cannot read. MONEY is not the problem in TN education and MONEY is not the solution. Hard work and addressing the real problems is what we need but our legislators are always so willing to take the easy road. We told legislators 10+ years ago when they took $500 million to bring in a new set of standards (Common Core) that were not even written. They sold our kids out for money and they are doing it again only this time the TN taxpayer will foot the bill. And what happens 10 years from now when they discover this “false” answer to a failed education system did not work? Get back to education basics. ARTICLE

Ninth Circuit court opinion now brings into question whether or not the jab can be classified as a vaccine by TN Stands - Dr. David Martin was part of this huge success in California. This decision could very well lift the exemption for liability (PREP Act and the 1986 Vaccine Act) from Pfizer and Moderna. This could bankrupt them once and for all. One clarification. Jacobson v. Massachusetts DID NOT establish that people could be forced to take a vaccine nor did it give anyone the authority to force people to take a vaccine against their will. This case was only about the $5 fine that was place on those that refused to take the small pox vaccine. At the end of the day Jacobson did not get vaccinated but was required to pay the fine. Lets also not forget how badly many of our legislators (Including Gov. Lee) treated Tennesseans who saw through the scamdemic. The COVID injection was experimental and they used people all of the world as their lab rats. ARTICLE
