TN Informer 7/22/24 with David Vance. TN INFORMER
Deep Dive into the Nullification Debate & 14th Amendment: Insights from Const. Lawyer Jeff Cobble - This interview will take place just 2 days after Jeff Cobble (for) and Mark Pulliam (against) debate nullification. Dave and Jeff will discuss the debate. Then a deep dive into the 14th Amendment. I guarantee many of you will be shocked when you learn the TRUTH about the 14th Amendment. HINT: It does not say that any baby dropped on US soil is an automatic citizen. This will be a show you will not want to miss. So mark your calendar, set an alarm for Monday, July 29, 2024 at 7pm CT/8pm ET - TN INFORMER
Early voting ends on Saturday and turn out has been really low. We have a chance to get rid of a lot of good ole boys that need to be replaced. So please make sure to vote. If not during early voting please be sure to vote on August 1st. ALSO, to avoid possible chaos on election day November 5th I highly recommend getting out and voting during early voting. I usually do not early vote. I am old school. I vote on election day BUT not this year. I believe we just might have major (planned) issues during this election cycle on election day. In last weeks TNCSS Substack I provided several resources to help you with your decision on who to vote for. Here is a link to that Substack.
I would like to let everyone know that we raised the needed money to record the nullification debate and I deeply appreciate everyone that donated so we could do a professional recording of the debate. THANK YOU!
ALSO, we needed $2000 to hire a professional to record a 5-hour course that Jeff Cobble does on the US and TN Constitution (Foundations of the American Republic). This is an intro course to Jeff’s 13 week deep dive into the US and TN Constitution. We had gotten some donations for this project but I also had applied for a grant (not a government grant) from an organization that supports endeavors to educate on the Constitution. I was awarded a grant and it was enough to pay for the balance of what we needed for the 5-hour recording. Both recordings will be made available for free and I will be sending out a link on our TNCSS Substack once they are edited and ready for prime time. They both will also be available on our TNCSS website (tncss.weebly.com). It is also our hope that you will share these recordings with friends or share with a group. Education is empowerment.
On Monday evening the Warren County GOP meeting had Senator Janice Bowling as their special guest. Senator Bowling is the Senate sponsor of our nullification process legislation. TNCSS Coffee County Leader Esta Manso organized the meeting and TNCSS White County Leader Danny Blitz brought down the house with her speech on the Constitution and nullification. TNCSS Putnam County Leader Brian Gregg also attended the meeting. TNCSS brochures were handed out to the audience and the issue was well received. Thank you Esta, Danny and Gregg for your hard work and support of our nullification efforts. Here is a picture of Esta (left), Sen. Bowling (center) Danny (right).
We are still working to get our petition signed. There is a paper petition and also an on-line petition. We want to enter 2025 legislation session with a huge number of signatures to give to Rep. Hulsey and Sen. Bowling showing Tennesseans support for their nullification process legislation. The bill will get a new number in 2025. Below is a link that will take you to section of the website where all the needed information regarding the petition can be found. Print one out and take it with you in the car to get folks to sign or take it to your next meeting to collect signatures. If you have an email group send them the link to the on-line petition and ask them to support us in our fight to protect the sovereignty of our state. THIS PETITION IS FOR TN RESIDENTS ONLY.
