Why States Interpreting the Constitution Is THE Hill to Die On | 3/11/24 - David Horowitz from Blaze News does an Apple podcast and discusses the TN AG opinion on our Nullification bill (SB2775) PODCAST (after you click PLAY under the blue CR logo move the little blue ball to the 15:45 to 49:30 minute mark to hear the part of the show about the AG’s flawed opinion about SB2775) Horowitz does an excellent job in the podcast regarding the Nullification the rightful remedy and the AGs flawed opinion. Our AG apparently believes case law is the law of the land not the Constitution. That is a HUGE problem.
Late on Tuesday afternoon Representative Hulsey presented HB2795 to the Public Service Sub Committee and I must say he did a BRILLIANT job of presenting the facts about the authority of the states v. the authority of the federal government and provided proof that the states and the people of the states are the final arbiter of the Constitution. I was so proud of Representative Hulsey and his brilliant presentation. PLEASE click on this link and scroll down to HB2795 on the list. Thank you, Karen Bracken
I agree Representative Hulsey did a brilliant job.
I think the Senate hearing was in the bag before we went in the room. I have a very short tolerance for stupidity. Could be some of them are ignorant but I'm not cutting any slack there. They've had 2 years. Leaning more towards avarice or cowardice. The only question they asked Jeff was designed to evoke fear and I thought it obvious. Oh well.
“States” [include citizens] interpreting the Constitution is the hill to die on. (!) 🤔
