2024 Legislative Recap - TN Stands Gary Humble gives a comprehensive recap of this legislative session. I entered my own comment under this video - 56 min. VIDEO
As the Founder of TNCSS I just want to thank EVERYONE that helped support our efforts during the 2024 Legislative session and hope that you will be with us throughout the next 10 months and the 2025 Legislative session. I want to give special recognition to:
David Seals (TNCSS County Leader Jefferson County) as the first TNCSS County Leader to get a Resolution passed at the County Commission level. This effort led to several other successful votes at the County Commission level.
Andy Andrew (TNCSS County Leader Knox County) for his efforts to get resolutions passed at many local GOP groups. Andy is the one that first submitted the BONFIRES OF SOVEREIGNTY (Resolutions) campaign to TNCSS.
Danny Blitz (TNCSS County Leader White County) for conducting many meetings in her county to educate people on the efforts of TNCSS
Steve Ferry (TNCSS County Leader Cumberland County) for his support and allowing us to use his ZOOM account for our meetings. Steve also is the founder of several other groups and those groups have partnered with TNCSS to help spread the word
Valerie Williams (TNCSS County Leader Williamson County) Valerie was a great help with our special event on February 24, 2024 with guest KrisAnne Hall. She made sure the sign in desk to the event ran smoothly and we checked everyone in promptly in time for the start of the event. Her help allowed me to take care of all the other business we had to do that day. She also helped us set up and take down the room after the event ended.
Daniel Goodrich (TNCSS County Leader Washington County) Daniel is also the founder of Johnson City Freedom. Daniel is not only a TNCSS County leader her organization JCFreedom has also partnered with TNCSS to support our efforts.
David Vance (TNCSS County Leader Stewart County). Dave is also my partner and co-founder of TNCSS. Dave also dedicates a lot of time to his weekly show on TN Informer as a way to communicate with Tennesseans about what is taking place in the world of politics in Tennessee. TN Informer is also another way that we can spread the word about TNCSS. He has been a great asset to TNCSS and I thank him for his guidance, support and most of all his friendship.
If I missed anyone please do not hesitate to share your accomplishments on our ZOOM meeting scheduled for Thursday, May 2, 2024. I appreciate everyone one of our TNCSS County Leaders for stepping up. That alone is a valuable contribution to TNCSS. I want to thank all the people that donated to our event with KrisAnne Hall and for all of our Subscribers that have helped to spread the word about TNCSS and Nullification and for all the phone calls and emails you sent to legislators. We also have subscribers from out of state. . We had 3 out of state subscribers get my article on “The Constitutionally Illiterate and the Supremacy Clause” published in their local newspaper. We also received donations for our KrisAnne Hall event from some of our out of state subscribers and we deeply appreciated the support.
We won a big battle in 2024 and now on to win the war in 2025!!
This Petition is VERY important to our efforts during the 2025 Legislative Session. I am starting early in order to get as many signatures as possible. We have 2 options and both options can also be found on our website under the CALL TO ACTION tab. CALL TO ACTION
Some computers will open the file right to your screen and then you can save, print etc. Some computers will automatically save to your download folder. It all depends on how your computer is set up. Again, both petition options are available on our website as well. These petitions are for legal residents of Tennessee only.
This is part of our efforts to pull out all the stops to let our legislators know this issue is important to Tennesseans. I created a petition and over the 10 months it is our hope that we get a ton of signatures to send to the TN Assembly in support for legislation that creates 5 pathways in which to invoke Nullification in 2025. You can download, save and print this petition. Forward signed petition to me as a pdf file or mail them to me at: 309 Brookwood Drive, Bristol, TN 37620
Print out copies and keep some in your car and/or purse. If you go to a meeting, visit friends, attend an event or just in talking to the cashier at the grocery store ask folks to sign. Have the petition with you at all times and chip away at as many signatures over the next 10 months as possible. You can forward copies to me at anytime. PLEASE feel free to contact me if you have any questions. 215-692-2147 or email: karen.bracken@reagan.com
ON-LINE PETITION: I also created an online petition on change.org. HERE is the link. This is good to send to your email lists. If you click through the screens there will be an opportunity to enter a comment. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT DONATE TO THIS PETITION!!! If you share this link please make sure people know DO NOT DONATE TO THIS PETITION!!! This is an easy way for folks to sign the petition but the paper petition works for when you are at events or are just talking to people face to face.
THANK YOU, Karen Bracken
I am in Cumberland County. How do I get in touch with Steve Ferry?
